Kahunka's Review of the Ultimate Meal
I can't really call this a review because I believe in the Ultimate Meal so much this article is going to sound like a commercial for the stuff.
I first started taking the Ultimate Meal about six years ago and there is not a month that goes by that I don't consume at least two cans of it.
If you are trying to pack on muscle and are working on adding extra calories to your diet the Ultimate Meal is perfect because it provides 16 grams of quality quinoa, brown rice and yellow pea protein per serving.

The Ultimate Meal is a meal replacement so you can use it in place of a meal or add it in between your regular meals if you are trying to gain weight.
The great thing about the Ultimate Meal is that it is complete FOOD, not a supplement which means that you can use it to loose weight as well.
When I started taking the Ultimate Meal I noticed changes in my hair and skin and energy. Don't take it one month and expect dramatic changes however, as with anything change occurs gradually, after all it takes years and even decades for things like sodas, hydrogenated oils and white flour products to sicken us enough to notice, so it takes awhile to see the good come back too.
So want to know what it taste like? Well...ummmm...try to image the smell of fresh cut grass for a moment....no imagine what fresh cut grass or hay might taste like and you'd be pretty close, after all, the Ultimate Meal is a "green" food so it tastes, well, green.
BUT that is if you mix it with water. I always add the Ultimate Meal to my Living Foods Shake so the fruits in that sweeten it enough to where it tastes good.
If sugar does not bother you, try it with juice, like apple juice and it tastes GREAT. When I'm in a hurry I'll often mix the Ultimate Meal with diet V8 Splash which only has two grams of sugar, and it is also very tasty that way.
Yours in health,
Michael

Do you have any recipes for the ultimate meal…I first heard of it on your website and saw it in the vitamin shop so I figured I would try it. Well I tried it tonight for the first time, I did the recipe that they had on the can. 1 whole bannana half an apple an .half a cup of blue berries, I took the first gulp and the after taste was horrible. So I was wondering if you have any ideas that make it taste more than just tolerable. I am going to try doing a whole apple if not two.
At this point I am just happy I got the intro size can so I only have 8 more servings left.
I will try the v8 splash and apple juice and report back.
Lately I just use one whole apple and a few broccoli spears. In the beginning try adding some organic apple juice until you adapt to the taste. For me the taste is fine, unless I try to drink it with water only but hey it’s a green food full of amazing stuff for my body so in that regard I don’t really mind the taste too much even with plain water.
Michael,
I came across your web-site through internet surfing. I have been amazed at the information that you have shared. Your videos are very well produced along with a sincere attention to detail. Last night I tried the Ultimate Meal for the first time and really enjoyed it. I am looking forward to experimenting with the pizza recipe and the living shake. Most of all, I am impressed that you are genuinely expressing your passion for a healthy lifestyle with no other motive. This speaks volumes to me! I also noticed a Kahunka video promoting Ipanema Beach, Brazil. Is this also your handiwork? I happen to have been there several times and am a big fan(this video was masterful). Thank you KAHUNKA! I have already passed on your web-site to others. I am very gratefull to have found you. Sincerely, Kelley Newport Beach, Ca.
Thanks Kelly! Yes the Ipanema video was compiled from footage I took in 2006. We actually go to Rio every year for Carnival…love it.
Maybe one day we’ll cross paths on the beach and share a Skoll!
I had a problem for a while getting this stuff down, which even deterred me from using it consistently. But I found a great recipe that makes it actually enjoyable without sacrificing the health benefits of course. I put one large organic seedless Naval orange, skin and all, with one of any other fruit like a banana or apple. Just the skin of the orange overwhelms the unpleasant taste of the Ultimate Meal, instead it taste more like grapefruit. By the way Michael, after watching your video’s, I’ve picked out a pumpkin this season, and have been doing the pumpkin workout.
Awesome dude, thanks for all the info on the site.
Thanks for the recipe Frank.
The other day I didn’t have any fruit so I drank it straight with only water.
It’s actually not too bad but I guess I’ve gotten used to it at this point.
Tastes like wheat grass juice without the sweetness.
I bought the book to know about possible side effects about the cleanse. It was wonderful! I did the cleanse for twenty days, and felt twenty years younger. As a sixty year old, I can overwhelmingly recommend this book and cleanse.
Try it! What do you have to lose?
Glad i recently uncovered this website, will make sure to book mark it so i can stop by frequently.
