Wanted to write and say hello and thanks.
I saw your profile on Bigmuscle.com. It lead me to your kahunka.com website.. where I was really inspired. I loved your Oct 23 entry about doing something fun to get in shape. The youtube video of the stairs experiment really hit the point home too.
About six weeks ago my partner of 15 year broke off our relationship. I&#039;ve been down and trying to reorganize my life. A couple of areas I let slip  through the past couple of years was my really continuing to improve my fitness and physique. At 5&#039;6&quot; 148lbs, I want to put on some more size and get ripped. Another area is to branch out and meet new people and expand my circle of friends.
Your site, articles and photos gave me such a lift that I wanted to Thank You.
I&#039;m sure you get lots of emails, but  feel free to say hello. Would like to hear more about how you got in to fitness. Your passion is contagious.
